In recent years, interest in Gaelic Games is continuing to grow and we are delighted to see more and more players, both young and old interested to learn more about these sports and how they can benefit from joining Eoghan Rua GAC. 

Given our location within the ‘Triangle Area’ we are delighted to cater to players from all backgrounds and we hope continue to broaden our reach in the coming years. 

For a small club we are very successful with our most recent achievement being awarded to our Senior Camogie team. They were crowned All-Ireland Junior champions in March of this year. 

Now, it is time for us to pave the way for a new generation of players and success in the North Coast.

We are fortunate enough to have our own pitch and clubrooms but as numbers rise within the club and the demand for our sports grow within the area, there is a need for a second pitch at Eoghan Rua GAC. 

We need help to build our second pitch. To do this, we have launched our ‘Grand Development Draw’.  Every ticket bought for this draw will allow us to create a club for the future, a club that children from Coleraine, Portrush, Portstewart and further afield want to be a part of. 

Friends of Eoghan Rua are asking you, to invest in the players of tomorrow, the future county players, All-Stars and medal winners.  

From fundamentals to our senior representatives, Eoghan Rua have teams and players that we are very proud of. By building a second pitch, we can ensure the future of Eoghan Rua is bright and that we continue to provide a welcoming social and sporting environment as a club in County Derry.
